Shop FAQ

• The Flowerface shop will be closed from February 2022-September 2022. Custom orders and ready-to-ship items will be available at that time.

• All items are food and microwave safe unless otherwise specified.

• Hand washing is recommended.

• Shipping is $12 anywhere in the US.

• Items will ship USPS or FEDEX ground and you will receive a tracking number once your item ships.

• If you would like to pickup your item from my home or studio in Brooklyn, select the free shipping option and I will be in touch with you to arrange a time and day.

• All made to order items have a 6-8 week production time.
